The IGH/CCND1 product consists of probes, labeled in green, covering the Constant, J, D and Variable segments of the IGH gene, and CCND1 probes, labeled in red. The CCND1 probe mix contains a 155kb probe centromeric to CCND1 gene, covering a region between the D11S2663 and the D11S4095 markers, and a second probe (162kb) covering the telomeric end of CCND1 gene and the region up to FGF3 gene.
